Wherever you are in life, I want to meet YOU there. I want to meet YOU where you are. Whether that is low self-esteem or up and down with life. I want to meet YOU where you are in life. As your therapist, I hope to facilitate greater self-awareness through your life experiences that lead to increased confidence, self-esteem, independence, overall health, and the capacity to effectively navigate the complex challenges of life. I love working with those who are truly ready to dig in and explore who they are; ready to put in the work necessary to make lasting changes in your life.

My approach will provide you with methods to solve problems, utilizing your strengths and respecting who you are as an individual. My practice is primarily guided by person-centered therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and any strength/evidence/faith-based interventions that may fit the uniqueness of your situation.


I will work collaboratively with you to explore the best way to cultivate the methods/interventions/therapies that will help you progress in treatment. We will look at your thought and emotion processes that may affect your behaviors that are harmful to everyday living and bring them to the surface to change them into healthy thought and emotion processes.
