How to mix a new jar of natural peanut butter

First, before it’s opened for the first time, store it upside down. That way, the oil rises to the “top” (i.e. the bottom of the jar) so when you open it and mix it, the oil is at the bottom and less likely to splash out. Second, use only one beater on your handheld electric mixer for quick and easy stirring. (hat tip: my sister)
