How to add your picture to comments you leave on blogs

Have you ever commented on a blog (like this one) and noticed a “mystery man” (that’s what they’re sometimes called, I’m not being sexist) next to your comment like this?

Perhaps you prefer to remain a mystery, but did ya ever wonder how to get a lovely photo of yourself to show up instead?  Well, it’s simple.  Go here, get yourself a gravatar–”a globally recognized avatar“– and you’ll be good to go. (No worries, it’s free.)
